RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Return:- 

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value, but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise we offer a flexible and easy return policy.


You are eligible to get a full refund of money in case:

  • We have shipped a wrong product
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement

You are eligible to get shopping/store credits in case:

  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
  • The size ordered does not fit.
  • The item is damaged, dirty or stained

We will accept return which is informed to us within 7 days of your receiving the product. In case we do not hear from you during these 7 days we will assume that you are satisfied with the product.

Refund Duration :-

In case you have decided to return the product for any reason as listed above, we will initiate refund within 48 hours of receiving the product and deeming it to be in Good and New condition and with the original packing, invoice and all other documents

Incase you have paid online, we will make a payment through a bank transfer and in case you have paid “cash on delivery” we will issue a cheque to you.

Cancellation :-

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 9rasa and accept 9rasa’s decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval has given through support@9rasa.com.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase:-

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase or before the order has been dispatched (whichever is earlier) by writing to us at support@9rasa.com. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your card/bank account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by 9rasa and accept 9rasa's decision regarding the cancellation 
Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:-
We do not accept cancellation post 24 hours of placing an order.

In case of exceptions we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. After receiving that email, 9rasa will take a decision regarding the cancellation which will be final and binding.
